Walter D. Nealy has been a member of the New Jersey Bar since 1984. He is a graduate of Rutgers Law School (Newark, New Jersey) and holds an undergraduate degree from Ramapo College (Mahwah, New Jersey). Mr. Nealy has experience in a number of areas of the law including:
- Consumer and Small Business Bankruptcy
- Criminal Practice in the Superior and Municipal Courts of New Jersey as well as federal courts
- Wills Trusts and Probate matters
Mr. Nealy has also served as an attorney for the Englewood New Jersey Board of Health and formerly was a Public Defender of the City of Englewood. Mr. Nealy served as a member of the Supreme Court Attorney Fee Arbitration Committee and is a New Jersey Supreme Court-approved Foreclosure Mediator. He is a member of Daniel Moore Bankruptcy Inn of Court of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney (NACBA). He has handled significant personal injury cases and civil rights cases.
